We have a great fondness for William Beckmann. When they perform in Southern California, we eagerly purchase tickets to all their shows. Our experience this time was different as they only did one show at an unfamiliar venue - Banc of California Stadium. The initial encounter with the friendly security staff made a positive impression. However, our excitement faded when we reached our expensive floor seats. The view was obstructed, and not even my tall husband could see the band. Upon raising this issue to an employee, their response was dismissive - “Not my problem.” We invested close to $1,000 for this concert, yet our friends in cheaper seats had a superior view. In my profession within the legal field, if a client paid for a service and did not receive it, being told “Not my problem” upon complaint would not be acceptable. It's like paying for a Big Mac at McDonald's, not receiving it, and being told it's not their concern. Frustrated, we eventually relinquished our seats in search of a better view and ended up in the less expensive section. Banc of California Stadium proved to be disappointing, and we have no intention of returning.
